I have green beans in the dehydrator right now. I plan on cooking them early in the week so I can let you know how they dehydrate. I have plent of dry-storage space, low on fridge space, and little freezer space…I need a balance between fermented, frozen, and other storage. I also fermented some green beans too, I might give them a try this week as well and comment on my preferred seeing as I’ve done frozen already for the past few years. So, this will be the week of green beans, kidding. I’ll post about it, but it won’t be “green bean week.”
Other things I plan on discussing this week: meal plan, kids sports, and my first improved nutrition meal plan for the week.
