Wednesday-grind grain
- b-eggs
- l-sandwiches and fruit (I have a surplus of plums that need used up, recipes anyone?)
- d-grilled fish with quinoa and veggies
Thursday-make yogurt
- b-pancakes
- l-leftovers
- d-cabbage roll casserole
Friday-farm day
- b-smoothies and cheeseĀ

- d-Crockpot Chicken with veggies
Saturday-market, work evening shift

- l-chicken salad
